Who is HurriaJ (formerly DMart)?

An online based store stocking a wide variety of products.

Do I need to register before buying goods at HurriaJ (formerly DMart)?

No need to register. You can follow the checkout process as a guest. You are however advised to register as this will make your future checkout process quicker and enable you to review your order history.

How do i contact HurriaJ (formerly DMart)?

How do i order?

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to place an order on our website:

  1. Click on the item that you would like to purchase.
  2. Check the quantity and then click “ADD TO CART”.

 

  1. Click on the trolley icon at the top right on the page.
  2. Check your cart and then click “CHECK OUT”.
  3. Complete all customer information and shipping address.
  4. Click “Continue to shipping method”.
  5. Make sure the shipping address is correct and click “Continue to payment”
  6. Select your payment method and click “Complete Order”
  7. Your order summary will then be displayed and you will receive and email confirmation of your order.

What is the delivery fee?

A flat rate of R99 will be charged for deliveries across South Africa.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card details go through a secure payment gateway and are never stored.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery Takes 5-10 working days. Should this be an urgent order, please contact us and we will try our best to fast track the process.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

Unfortunately we only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

Do Dmart items have a warranty?

Yes, all electronics carry a 6 month limited warranty and cannot be extended. General Homeware/Kitchenware items will only be replaced if they are received broken.
